This Refund Policy applies to all digital educational services offered by Justoria Private Limited, including:

a) Courses & Programs

Refunds may be evaluated under the following verified conditions:

Written request submitted within 3 to 7 days from the transaction date.
The enrolled program has not been substantially consumed (less than 20% of modules accessed).
Severe, unresolvable technical defects attributable directly to Justoria systems preventing portal access.

b) Non-Refundable Products

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

Directly downloadable assets (statutory templates, memorial briefs, PDFs, research compendia)
Completed courses or issued verified certificates
One-on-one mentorship, career advisory, or mock interview sessions already delivered

c) Live Workshops & Guest Masterclasses

Cancellations submitted at least 48 hours prior to live session commencement: eligible for credit or refund.
Cancellations submitted after the 48-hour deadline: non-refundable.

Required Information: Full Registered Name, Registered Email ID, Transaction Reference / Invoice Number, Specific Reason for Refund Request.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 7 to 10 business days.

Processing convenience charges levied by third-party payment gateways (credit card, net banking, UPI) are deducted from refund amounts.

Justoria reserves the right to decline refunds where:

Terms of Use or Academic Honor Code are violated
Patterns of repeated refund abuse, bulk material scraping, or suspicious fraud are detected

Justoria reserves the discretion to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon portal publication.
